Re: BF1942 mod: WWII Reality
Sounds like possibly a bad install. Did you read the Installation section of readme.txt? Also be sure you have the latest version of BF1942 installed. While it may or may not work on older versions, I have not tested WWII Reality on previous versions and do not support it. The latest version is 1.61...

Hi Ategrent. Thanks for the suggestion! By looking at the to-do list I had no plans to add it. Unfortunately I have no intention to return to working on WWII Reality any time in the near future. I would like to, but BF1942 modding was just a hobby and my focus has switched to projects that give me r...

I responded to your email about the lag problem. As for the lack of blur, thank you. I'd say it was actually easier for me to use the unblurred 3D model than a blurred overlay image as some games or BF1942 mods do it. Ok, I've been reluctant to do anything about this, but it needs to be put on the table. Episode 5 has been in editing stages since it was recorded nearly 4 months ago. Critical updates will be the last thing to go, and considering how long they supported critical updates for 98 and 2000 (until last year), I doubt they would cut critical support for XP so soon considering how incredibly popular it has been. The only reason they would cut critical support this year ...

Thanks! I'll try to keep it going at least as long as I have this hosting. No worries about the domain, I have another 7 or 8 years on it. Starting a forum takes almost no effort compared to starting a podcast. I actually started this forum for the purpose of the podcast, mostly for promotion and in...

It's probably as close to free as a retail game gets, not so much for price but for content. The demo is very well made and compatible with the full version and they constantly release free content. The CD isn't required to play (unlike literally every single other modern game out there) and they pr...

If you have any questions about anything in my site that isn't very time sensitive ("when will you update this?" is time sensitive), ask them here and I'll keep a list of my answers in this post. Q1: How can I become a mod? A1: Most of the time I would only be open for a new mod when there...

I only used it for my name, that's not the title of some project, and the town name was Area 51. I use the same name literally everywhere I go online, which makes it easier for my friends to find me or so they know if it was me that they saw somewhere. It actually happened on TechTV when an episode ...

Name suggestions
I've already done the brainstorming with Jason9811 and narrowed down to our favorite, but we want to see what names you can come up with. The goal for a name is to be interesting and unique, and of course related to what's discussed (gaming and technology). The uniqueness of the name is determined b...

Forum styles
If anyone has any suggestions for styles, post them here. It would be especially helpful if they were pre-made, nothing that I would need to customize myself, but I also want them to be generalized or related to the main topics covered. If my opinion on it is neutral or better, I'll add it. Availabl...
